We reached this place after dusk and left early next day so couldn’t make out exact location but it was fairly centrally located. This hotel has a very good staff. Friendly, pleasant and quick to action.

I recently stayed at the Urban Hive Hotel and overall had a positive experience. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very polite and welcoming, which was a great start to our stay. However, there were a couple of issues that disappointed me. When I initially booked the hotel 15 days in advance, it was advertised as having a free cancellation policy up until the day of check-in. I booked a family room with a queen-size bed and a single bed, which seemed suitable for our group of three adults and two kids. I even called the hotel to confirm that if we needed an extra bed, we could arrange it upon arrival, and they agreed. However, to my dismay, just a day after booking, the reservation was changed to a non-refundable one. This change was unexpected and frustrating. Despite these setbacks, we managed to enjoy our stay, thanks to the friendly staff and the comfortable room. However, these unexpected changes in the booking policy and the lack of prior information about the road closures did affect our overall experience negatively.

The best place to stop over in Belgaum. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Really polite and helpful staff. Well priced and centrally located. Ample underground parking with a lift to the residential floors. We will definitely be going back! Very heartily recommended

Rooms are neat , clean and spacious. All rooms have toilets at a higher level. Difficult for elderly guests to use them. No restaurant in this place, but they have kitchen and can order in advance so they will serve. We ordered paneer but it was too bland. Staff was good.

Very good location, new property; very neat and clean. Although restaurant is not functional, they serve snacks and meals from their functioning kitchen. Had tea, snacks and dinner. Excellent quality. Sufficient parking available in their basement parking from where lift takes you straight to your floor. A couple of individual rooms also available for drivers (at a nominal cost)in the basement: though small, it's neat and clean with a cot, bed, pillow, blanket, fan, table chair. Super efficient and young staff, very courteous and quick on the uptake. Strongly suggest for halts in Belgavi.
